Subprocessors

Last updated: April 28, 2026

avoClerk (Avo LLC) engages the following third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to deliver the AI voice receptionist service. We will give firms thirty (30) days’ notice via email and dashboard before adding or replacing a subprocessor that handles Caller Data, so firms have a chance to object before the change takes effect.

We do not use Caller Data (audio, transcripts, intake) to train AI models for ourselves or any third party. Each subprocessor that handles Caller Data is contractually bound to the same restriction.

Notice of changes

To receive subprocessor-change notices, ensure your firm-account email is current in the dashboard. To object to a planned change, email [email protected] within the notice period; if we cannot accommodate the objection we will work with you on an orderly off-boarding.
